Dinesh Rao Balguri

A second-generation entrepreneur with deep roots in the chilli trade. Dinesh grew up inside his father's established chilli business — gaining hands-on experience supplying premium chillies to reputed companies including Aashirvaad and other leading domestic brands.

With strong industry knowledge and an uncompromising commitment to quality, Dinesh founded Vijaya Enterprises in 2026 to build an independent, export-first chilli house — directly serving global buyers with premium dry red chillies sourced from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He personally takes first enquiries above 18 MT.

Yard & sourcing desk

Walks the Warangal, Khammam and Enkoor yards every harvest cycle — responsible for first-call access to the cleanest farmer lots, contract-farming relationships, and daily price discovery across the varieties we trade.

Quality Control

Grading & lab desk

Owns moisture, ASTA colour, length and broken-percentage standards on every export lot. Coordinates with NABL-approved testing labs and signs off the COA before any container is sealed. See the five quality checkpoints →

Export Documentation & Logistics

Shipping desk

Handles phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, fumigation, bill of lading and bank documentation — and works with CHA partners to clear containers through Krishnapatnam, Chennai and Nhava Sheva.
