What payment terms do you accept?
30% telegraphic transfer in advance with balance against B/L copy, LC at sight, DP at sight, or DA 30 days. Quotes are issued in USD on FOB terms by default, with CIF and CFR available on request.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Most buyers start with a 250 g – 1 kg courier sample before committing to a trial container. Samples ship within 3–5 working days against shipping-cost recovery, with pre-shipment photos and the lab COA sent alongside.
