Dinesh grew up inside his father's established chilli business in the Telangana belt — learning to read a lot by its colour, judge moisture by its rustle, and grade pods by length and gloss long before he signed his first invoice. Through that business he helped supply premium chilli to Indian packaged-spice brands including Aashirvaad.
In 2026 he founded Vijaya Enterprises as an independent, export-first chilli house serving international buyers directly. He personally handles first enquiries above 18 MT and signs off the grading standard on every export lot.
